Use the rocket booster to eliminate all colored blocks, besides the diamond blocks under the balloons. Get rid of any left blocks in order to free the animals.

There are two series of gemstones when you begin Pet Rescue Saga Level 67, and these are more of a hassle and act as a blocker than a prospective help for a lot of points. But, you are offered a couple of row blasters about halfway down the display when the stage begins, and they can be used to take out the series of gemstones. Remove the blocks under the diamonds until all are on the same line as these blasters.

If you have an excellent strategy, you can drop one of these blasters a single row so in order to have two possibilities of removing the diamond lines at cleaning the gemstones instead of only one. Remember to always be one step ahead of the game and offer yourself the chance to destroy as many blocks as possible with one shot.
